If a hat you purchased is damaged or has a defect, we will always replace it free of charge. Let us know as soon as possible to get your replacement hat.
For non-damaged returns, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to request a return. Once your return or exchange has been authorized, you will have 30 days to return the items to us. For more information, please view the packing slip attached to your order.
